Building Trust

Being trustworthy is a very important part of good character. Part of building trust is keeping your word as best as you can and having and showing integrity. We all fall short at times, especially when we make a promise to someone. Just know that there may be times we can't keep our word, but forgive yourself. Things are always changing and the best you can do is all you can do. :)

Show up for Others

Help others feel confident that they can put their trust in you and confide in you. Don't gossip and tell other people's business, but keep knowledge between you and the person confiding in you. When someone tells you something private or personal, especially when they ask you not to share, if the information isn't involving harm, then keep it to yourself and build that trust.
