Integrity

Integrity is simply doing what is right when no one else is around. When no one is looking you still continue to follow the rules. Integrity or "doing the right thing" is important because rules are important. Rules are set in place for a reason. For example, if someone says "don't eat any cake until later, and you eat it when that person leaves the room, you did not show integrity. If you didn't eat any cake when that person left the room, you are showing integrity and that you are trustworthy.
